I have the overall responsibility for the Society. I guide the Society in achieving its long term aims, I consider new opportunities for the Society to pursue and I attend external events and activities related to entrepreneurship. I foster our working relationships with several internal and external organisations, such as UNIEI Lab, NACUE and Business School, I also attend SU training sessions up to Silver STAR level and I make sure the Society is financially viable. My role as vice president is to help Miguel carry out his presidential duties to the best of his abilities and stepping in where he is unavailable to do so. Also I represent the society at networking events and to external organisations if Miguel is not already doing so. For this semester I am co-ordinating the James Caan Blinds In A Box challenge where students have the chance to sell one of his products and make real money by doing so and potentially win £500. The Internal Vice President role involves the general management of the society and its needs. I work with the Event Co-ordinators to ensure the smooth running of events and programmes and help the Communications Director in her role. I have recently set up the Marketing Team which will help the society grow and function better in the future. Umesh Kumar:

I am also on the committee of SIFE, and my role in NE allows me to try and work with both of the societies, as well as other societies in the University in order to produce better results. Whether this is by sharing ideas with other society members, using their ideas in NE itself, or co-organising events together for mutual benefit, my aim is to bring in different aspects of the University to make NE a more complete and well rounded society. The Communications Director position involves getting in touch with members and letting them know what is going on in the society. Working closely with the President and different Events Teams, I try to capture the feeling of the society and get that though to members each week. I also write a weekly newsletter with updates about events, opportunities and the latest news the society has to offer. Robert Godwin:

As the Treasurer of the society I ensure that the budget is managed properly and that events taken on will always be financed in the right way. If spending gets out of hand it is my job to step in and bring it to a stop. I work closely with Events teams in order to outline their budget and allocate them funds based on what myself and the President see fit for each individual event. Rickesh Haria:

The Postgraduate Liaison role is the link between the Undergraduate and Masters Courses in the University. I help spread the work of NE into the postgraduate department and bring in members who may already have significant experience in business, who could help Undergraduates start businesses themselves. It is important to reach out to as many people as possible in order to make the society a diverse base of ideas and opportunities. President: Vice-President - Events Co-ordinator:
